The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property described below
Grading. is in violation of the Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 11.06 Excavation and
VIOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows:
11.06.035 Grading, clearing and grubbing of property without proper City
permits.
11.06.050 Grading of land without first obtaining environmental
clearances
11.06.030 Alteration of existing drainage channel without obtaining
permit.
