The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property
described below is in violation of the Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter
11.06 Excavation and Grading.
VIOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows:
1. CMC 11.06.030 (7) - Excavation exceeding 4' in vertical depth and resulting
in movement of more than 100 cubic 'yards of material per each eight-thousand
square feet of area or portion thereof.
2. CMC 11.06.030 (8)(A) - Fill being placed exceeds 3' in vertic'al height and
requires a grading permit.
3. CMC 11.06.030 (8)(E) - Fill exceeds one-hundred cubic yards of material per
ei,ght-thousand square feet of area or portion thereof.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: That certain parcel of land located in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, being a portion of Lot 32
of Map No. 2647, Carlsbad Highlands, (excepting therefrom the northerly 91.32
feet measured at right angles to the east and west property lines), filed in
the office of the County Recorder at File No. 43077 on April 18, 1950.
