The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property
described below is in violation of the Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter
11.06 Excavation and Grading.
VIOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows:
1. CMC 11.06.030 (8)(A) - Fill being placed exceeds 3' in vertical height
and requires a grading permit.
2. CMC 11.06.030 (8)(E) - Fill exceeds one-hundred cubic yards of material
per eight-thousand square feet of area or portion thereof.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: That certain parcel of land located in the City of
portion of Lot 33 of Map No. 2647, Carlsbad Highlands, (specifically
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, being the northerly
described in Document No. 76468 recorded in 1966), filed in the office of
the County Recorder at File No. 43077 on April 18, 1950.
OWNERSHIP: CHILTON A. & JOAN T. MAHIN
NOTE: The description is based upon former deeds of record and neither
the City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers or employees assume
responsibility for the accuracy of said description.
No building permit shall be issued unless and until there has been full
compliance with the provisions of Chapter
Code.
