VIOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows: CMC 11.06.030(8) - A) Fill exceeds three feet in verticle height. C) Fill changed and adversely affected the existing drainage pattern. B) Fill has been placed on an existing slope steeper than 5:l. 0) Toe of the fill is closer than 3 feet to an exterior property line. E) Fill placed exceeds one hundred cubic yards per each eight thousand square feet of area graded.
