NOTICE 0 F GRADING VIOLATION
The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property
described below is in violation of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
Chapter 11.06 Excavation and Grading.
VIOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows:
11.06.030
(8a.) The fill exceeds three feet in verticle height.
(8b.) The fill was placed on an existing slope steeper than five units
horizontal to one unit verticle.
(8c.) The fill interrupts/changes an existing approved drainage pattern.
(8d.) The fill exceeds one hundred cubic yards of material per each eight
thousand square feet of area graded.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: That certain parcel of land located in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, specifically being Lot 101
of Map No. 8302 filed in the office of the county Recorder at File No. 76-135858
on May 5, 1976.
OWNERSHIP: James H. Kyle and Janet Trunzo
NOTE:The description is based upon former deeds of record and neither
the City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers or employees assume
responsibility for the accuracy of said description.
No building permit shall be issued unless and until there has been
full compliance with the provisions of Chapter 11.06 of the
Carlsbad Municipal Code.
