L I NOTCE OF GRADING VIOLATION The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property described below is in violation of the Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 11.06 Excavation and Grading. VIOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows: CMC 11.06.030(71 - Excavation exceeding 4 ft. in vertical depth and resulting in movement of more than 109 cubic yards of material per each eiqht-thousand square feet of area or portion thereof. CMC 11.06.030(8)(A1 - Fill placed exceeds 3 ft. in vertical height. CMC 11.06.030(8)(B1 - Fill was placed on an existing slope steeper than five units horizontal to one unit vertical. CMC 11.06.035 - All vegetation has been removed from the existing slopes without obtaining a grading permit.
