The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property described
below have been divided or have resulted from a division in violation of the
Subdivision Map Act and provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code adopted
pursuant thereto.
VIOLATION: A Tentative Parcel Map showing said parcels has not been approved
and a Parcel Map has not been recorded in the office of the
County Recorder prior to the sale, lease, financing, conveyance
or transfer of said parcels as required by the Subdivision
Ordinance of the City of Carlsbad.

according to map thereof No. 1719 filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, June 20, 1921,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Tract 5
distant thereon north 89°59' west 191.^8 feet from the
southeast corner; thence north 0°02' west 120.20 feet;
thence north 89°59' west 105.00 feet; thence south 0°02'
east 120.20 feet; thence south 89°59' east 105.00 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Excepting therefrom an easement over the southerly 20.00
feet of said land as a right of way for public street and
highway purposes.
