Subdivision Map Act and provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code adopted

VIOLATION:A Tentative Parcel Map showing said parcels has not been approved
and a Parcel Map has not been recorded in the office of the
County Recorder prior to the sale, lease, financing, conveyance

Ordinance of the City of Carlsbad.

to public use, in Tract 107, according to map thereof
No. 775 filed in the Office of the County Recorder, San
Diego County on March 12, 1915 described as follows:
BEGINNING AT THE most northerly corner of Tract 107;
thence along the northeasterly line thereof south 3^-° 33'
east 387.51 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
south 55° 30" 15" west 149.97 feet to the centerline of
said alley (closed); thence along said centerline south
3k° 33' east 63.18 feet; thence north 55° 31' 52" east
1^9.97 feet; thence north 3k° 33' west 63.25 feet to the
TURE POINT OF BEGINNING.
