The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property described
below have been divided or have resulted from a division in violation of the
Subdivision Map Act and provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code adopted
pursuant thereto.
VIOLATION: The tentative map of the subdivision a 11egedly creating
this lot had expired before the final map was recorded.
