below have been divided or have resulted from a division in violation of the
Subdivision Map Act and provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code adopted
pursuant thereto.
VIOLATION:The tentative map of the subdivision allegedly creating
this lot had expired before the final map was recorded.
