The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property described below is in violation of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
Chapter 11.06 Excavation and Grading.

3. Fill placed on existing slope steeper than five units horizontal to one vertical.

5. Fill does exceed one hundred cubic yards of material per each eight thousand square feet of area.
