NOTICE OF INTENT TO RECORD
A NOTICE OF VIOLATION
This notice is filed pursuant to Section 20.48.020 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
The Ci Engineer has determined that the real property described below may have been illegally divided
in violation of Carlsbad Municipal Code Title 20. Prior to the recordation of a notice of violation, the
property owner listed below will be given an opportunity to present evidence to the City Engineer why
such notice should not be filed. If after reviewing the evidence the City Engineer determines there is no
violation, a release of this notice of intention to record a notice of violation shall be recorded. If,
however, the City Engineer de?ermines thz! tho prcpe!iy has in f3ct boan illag?dy divided, or within six$
days of receipt of a copy of this notice the property owner fails to inform the City Engineer of hislher
objection to the recording of the notice of violation, the City Engineer will record a notice of violation
against the properly described below.
