NOTICE OF GRADING VIOLATION
The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property described below Is In violation of the Zar!sbad Municipal Ccde Chapter 11.06 Excavation and Grzding.
AOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows:
1. CMC 11.06.030 (1) Excavation has taken place below the finished grade of the retaining wall. This excavation may result in structural failure of the wall and slop.
2. CMC 11.06.030(8~(c~ Drainage has been altered by eliminating existing terrace brow ditch.
3. CMC 1 I .06.030 Work was performed without obtaining a grading permit from the City of
Carlsbad.

the County Recorder of San Diego on December 20, 1991 with an APN 216-462-06-00. California, being Lot 38 of FAIRWAYS, Carlsbad Tract 90-23, Map No. 012906 filed in the office of
