VIOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows: 1. CMC 11.06.030(1) - Removal of the existing retaining wall which may result in slope failure. 2. CMC 11.06.030(1) - Removal of existing terrace brow ditch and drains which alters drainage. 3. CMC 11.06.030(8)(c) I- Placement of a non-engineered fill on existing slope which has altered toe at slope and the drainage pattern. 4. CMC 11.06.030 - Performing work without obtaining e grading permit from the Ci of Carlsbad.
