SUBJECT: Whitfield Lot Split Agreement
Gentlemen:
In December of 1968, Mr. and ?rs, Whitfield entered
int? a lot split imp:?ovement agreemer:f.. so that they could
split certain property in the City, Since that time they
have dq)osited an amount estimated by the engi.neers to be the cost of placing the ixprovements so that the provisions of ,this agreement’s0 far as they relate to Parcel D may be
deleted from the public records. They need this lien re- moved from the public records in order for them to be able to obtain proper finaclcing on the property, Zxecut ion 0.T this agreement is recommended by staff.
If you wish to proceed on this basis, please authorize and direct, the Mayor to sign this document on behalf of the City and authorize delivery of the agreement to the Whitfields
for their recordation of it.

Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of Tract 117,
of Carlsbad Lands, according to Map thereof No. 1661,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County,
distant thereon, North 89O57'00" West 752.06 feet from
