RELEASE OF LIEN FOR FUTURE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Property Owner has signed and the City of Carlsbad has executed a
Future Improvement Agreement recorded on December 30, 1993 as Document Number 1993-
0886060 temporarily postponing public construction associated with Carlsbad Ranch; and
WHEREAS, revisions to above Future Improvement Agreement are necessary; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad will release the lien created by above document
number 1993-0886060;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Carlsbad has elected to do the following:
The City of Carlsbad hereby releases the lien created due to the Future Improvement
Agreement recorded on December 30, 1993 as Number 1993-0886060 against the following
described property:
All that portion of Lot H of Rancho Aqua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 823, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, November 16, 1896, of Official
Records.
