RECITALS
WHEREAS, Property Owner has signed and the City of Carlsbad has
executed a Future Improvement Agreement dated October 30. 1995, and
recorded as Document Number 95-0534992 temporarily postponing public
construction associated with CB951165;
NOW, TWEREFORE, the City of Carlsbad has elected to do the
following:
Section 1. The City of Carlsbad hereby releases the lien
created due to the Future Improvement Agreement recorded on November
27, 1995 as Number 95-0534992 against the following described
property:
Lot 202 of Map No. 4064, Terramar Unit No. 6, filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Dieso Countv on January 27,
