FOR FUTURE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 24, 2001, the lien created by the
Contract between the City of Carlsbad and the Ruth Gill Barker Living Trust, dated July 29,
1988, for public improvements on the above described property required by an application for
Minor Subdivision No. 99-06 and recorded on May 24, 2000, as Document No. 2000-0272727
has been satisfied by the payment of $13,000 by Ruth Gill Barker Living Trust for the cost of
said public improvements along the sixty (60) feet of property frontage at 3210 Highland Drive
and is hereby released.
