WHEREAS, Property Owner&has signed and the City of Carlsbad has ex
Future Improvement Agreement dated October 13, 1977 and recorded as Document Number
77-420946 temporaril ostponing public construction associated with Building Permit 77-41 8;
and
WHEREAS, revisions to above Future Improvement Agreement are necessary; and

San Diego, State of California according to the map thereof No. 7076, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder for San Diego County, October 6, 1971
