RELEASE OF NOTICE OF GRADING VIOLATION
The City Engineer has determined that the real property described below, has been brought
into full compliance with Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 11.06 Excavation and Grading.

DESCRIPTION: That certain parcel of land located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, Sate of California, specifically being Lot 732 of Map No. 7367 filed
in the office of the County Recorder at File No. 186918 on July 19, 1972.
NOTE: The description is based upon former deeds of record and neither the
City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers or employees assume
responsibility for the accuracy of said description.
This Notice shall release the Notice of Grading Violation as recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County on August 12, 1988, as File No. 88-398178.
The Release of Notice of Grading Violation shall in no way affect the requirement of any other
County, State or Federal agency that regulates development of real property.
