The City Engineer has determined that the real property described below has been brought into
full compliance with Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 11.06 Excavation and Grading.

The Release of Notice of Grading Violation shall in no way affect the requirement of any other
County, State or Federal agency that regulates development of real property.
