The City Engineer has determined that the real property described below, has been brought into full
compliance with Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 11.06.

DESCRIPTION: That certain parcel of land located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California being a portion of Lot 17 of Bellavista, Map No. 2152 filed in the office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County on March 7th, 1929 with an APN: 206-1 92-25.
NEITHER THE CITY OF CARLSBAD NOR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES
THE DESCRIPTION IS BASED UPON FORMER DEEDS OF RECORD, AND
ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OF SAID DESCRIPTION.
NOTE:
This Notice shall release the Notice of Grading Violation as recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County on May 14, 1991 as File No. 1991-0226093.
The Release of 'dotice of Grading Violation shall in no way affect the requirement of any other County,
State or Federal agency that regulates development of real property.
