RELEASE. OF NOTICE OF GRADING VIOLATION
The City Engineer has determined that the real property described below has been brought
into full compliance with Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 11.06 Excavation and Grading.

DESCRIPTION: That certain parcel of land located in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California, being a portion of Lot 2 of Carlsbad
Tract No. 81-03, Map No. 2152 filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County on October 1, 1981, with APN 215-
080-01.
NOTE: The description is based upon former deeds of record and neither the
City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers or employees assume
responsibility for the accuracy of said description.
This Notice shall release the Notice of Grading Violation as recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County on May 14, 1991, as File No. 1991-02251 21.
The Release of Notice of Grading Violation shall in no way affect the requirement of any
other County, State or Federal agency that regulates development of real property.
