The City Engineer has determined that the real property described below has been brought into full
compliance with Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 20 Subdivisions and the Subdivision Map Act.
OWNER(S): Linda Marie Orlandi, Trustee of the Barney Declaration of Trust dated January
16,1980 and as amended April 8, 1985 and further amended January 19,1999

NOTE:
This Notice shall release the Notice of Violation as recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County on December 15,1975 as File No. 75-352835.
