been brought into full compliance with Carlsbad Municipal Code Chaper 11
Excavation and Grading.

of California.

This Notice shall release the Notice of Grading Violation as recorded in
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on December 10, 1985 as F
NO. 8 5-464628.
This Release of Notice of Grading Violation shall in no way affect the requir
ments of any other County, State or Federal agency that regulates development
real property.
