NOTE: The description is based upon former deeds of record and neither

This Notice shall release the Notice of Grading Violation as recorded in the Office of the
County Recorded of San Diego County on December 11, 1998 as file No. 1998-08071 IO.
The Release of Notice of Grading Violation shall in no way affect the requirement of any other
