The attached Release of PFF was originally processed in October, 1985. The release was requested and prepared, and per instructions, the title co. was called to transmit the document to the recorder. We then received the document back from the recorder because the title courier had not paid the fees. The document was returned to us un-recorded. Ray Miller and I both contacted both the title co. and the escrow co. for the money to record the document. After waiting more than a month for the money, Ray returned the document to this office today, and indicated that we would not process it further. If they request a release, they can re-process.
