Dear Doris:
The purpose of this letter is a request for release of the
Public Facilities Fee Agreement between the City of Carlsbad,
Mr. Hugo Hanson (owner) and Mola Development (former app-
licant), for the above-referenced project.
According to Ray Miller at the City of Carlsbad, this project
has expired. The Public Facilities Fee Agreement was record-
ed against the property on July 2, 1985 as File No. 85-
238171.
Mr. Mola is no longer the applicant, the project has expired,
and the owners would like to have this item released as a lien
against their property.
Please inform me as to the proper steps required to have this
matter resolved. I would like to expedite this matter as
reasonably as possible. Your cooperation and advice along these
lines would be greatly appreciated.
