RELEASE OF AGREEMENT TO PAY PUBLIC FACILITIES FEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 15, 2005, the Agreement between the City
of Carlsbad and Fieldstone/La Costa Associates for payment of public facilities fees for the
above described property required by an application for an Amendment to Tentative Tract
Map CT 85-06 and recorded on July 18, 1989 as Document No. 89-377324 was satisfied
and is hereby released.
