RELEASE OF AGREEMENT TO PAY PUBLIC FACILITIES FEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 11, 2005, the Agreement between the
City of Carlsbad and Grand Pacific Resorts, Inc. for payment of public facilities fees for the
above-described property required by an application for a Tentative Tract Map, Specific
Plan Amendment, Non-Residential Planned Development, Site Development Plan, and EIA,
and recorded on March 7, 1996, as Document No. 1996-01 13674 was satisfied and is
hereby released.
