NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 27, 1989, the Agreement between the City of
Carlsbad and Bradley Brandow & Gayle Brandow for payment of public facilities fees for the
above described property required by an application for a Minor Subdivision and Administrative
Variance, and recorded on September 1, 1989, as Document No. 89-473946, was satisfied and
is hereby released.
