Pursuant to our telephone conversation today, attached
is a $9 recording fee plus a copy of the title report for
the above referenced property, and my request to release the Public Facilities Fee Agreement recorded against this property.
Pacifica Business Center, the subject property, is located
at 5135, 5115, and 5145 Avenida Encinas, Carlsbad. The Public Facilities Payment Agreement was recorded November
1, 1985, Recorder's File No. 85-412155.

Dear Mr. Miller:
Enclosed are the two recorded Public Facilities Fee Agreements for
Carlsbad Oaks Business Center (formerly Carlsbad Airport Business
Center). Per our phone conversation today, we formally request
release of the October 23, 1985 agreement. It is identical to the
September 8, 1986 agreement except for the fee amount cited in
Paragraph 1; the later agreement provides for a 2.5% fee rather than
the 2% fee provided in the earlier agreement.
Also enclosed is a check for $9.00 to the City of Carlsbad for
processing this release.
