RELEASE OF REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT
RECITALS
WHEREAS, property owner, Paul Ecke, Sr., has signed and the
City of.Carlsbad has executed a Reimbursement Agreement dated I. August 6, 1986 and recorded as Document Number 86-349360; and
WEEREW, revisions to the above Reimbursement Agreement were
necessary; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad will release the lien created by
above Document Number 86-349360 in order to substitute a revised
Reimbursement Agreement executed by the original parties:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Carlsbad has elected to do the
following:
Section 1. The City of Carlsbad hereby releases the lien
created due to the Reimbursement Agreement recorded on August 14,
