Notice is hereby given that the City of Carlsbad Building Department has determined that the building
located on the following described property as identified by the records of the San Diego County
Assessor's Assessment Rolls is no longer within the scope of City of Carlsbad Municipal Code (18.07,
entitled "L'nreinforced Masonry Euildings"). Chapter 18.07 applies to buildings that were constructed of
unreinforced masonry.
