This NOTICE is an addendum to that certain NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT previously recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the SAN DIEGO COUNTY on the 8th day of September, 1995, Document No. 1995-0400009. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the assessment recorded against the parcel and/or parcels hereinafter identified has been paid in full and that the lien against said properties has been fully discharged: Those properties identified by their respective numbers as set forth hereinafter, lying within the boundaries of the La Costa Downs Assessment District, of which the exterior boundaries and real property of said Assessment District are as delineated upon a map of said Assessment District entitled Assessment District No. 92-1 (LA COSTA DOWNS) filed in the Office of the County Recorder of SAN DIEGO COUNTY on the 8™ DAY OF September, 1995, in Book 29, Page 42, Document No. 1995-0400008, BOOK OF MAPS OF ASSESSMENT AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICTS, Official Records of said County. The parcels identified for lien discharge are listed in Exhibit A attached hereto This addendum, and its recording, has no effect on the authority of the legislative body with respect to any identified parcel by reason of its inclusion in the Assessment District or assessment for the work, acquisitions, or improvements.
