The City Engineer has determined that the real property described below, has been brought
into full compliance with Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 20 Subdivisions.

The description in Exhibit "A" attached has been provided by the owner of
the property and neither the City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers or
employees assume responsibility for the accuracy of said description.
Evidence has been found indicating that 4549 Cove Drive has been legally subdivided. This
Notice shall release the Notice of Intent to File a Notice of Violation as recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County on February 12, 1993 as File No. 1993-0092951.
The Release of Notice of Intent to File a Notice of Violation shall in no way affect the
requirement of any other County, State or Federal agency that regulates development of real
property.
