NOTICE OF RELEASE OF AGREEMENT FOR AN UNCONTROLLED STOCKPILE
Please take notice that the Agreement for an Uncontrolled Stockpile between the City of Carlsbad and Aviara Land Associates Limited Partnership, a Delaware Limited Partnership, required by an application for a Grading Permit and recorded on May 22, 1990, as Document No. go-279302 is hereby released. Discretionary approvals were granted for the development of the property subject to the uncontrolled stockpile agreement, a new grading plan was approved on February 5, 1992, and a grading permit was issued on February 10, 1992.
