CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION
The Planning Director has completed a review of your application for CD 06-02 Crescent Del
Sol Estates, (APN: (APN: 206-080-25 I Project# CT 05-01./CP 05-09/CDP 05-06 -234/236
DATE AVENUE). After careful consideration of the circumstances surrounding this request, the
Planning Director has determined that the application qualifies for a consistency determination
with the approved permit and therefore, approves the changes to the project based on Planning
Director Administrative Policy No. 35.
The plans which were submitted for the determination will be stamped as "Consistency
Determination" exhibits and retained on file. The City is retuning one set to you for your
records. Future building permits will be reviewed for consistency with the revised plan.
