This notice is to inform you that CUP SA-THE WOMAN'S CLUB OF CARLSBAD located at 3320 Monroe
Street and conditioned to expire on October 1, 2018, is hereby extended without an expiration date by
the City Planner pursuant to Section 21.42.ll0(D) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. While your Conditional
Use Permit (CUP) no longer has an expiration date, the CUP will continue to be reviewed by the Planning
Division on an annual basis to ensure continued compliance with the terms and conditions of the permit.
If at any time the division determines that the use may be out of compliance with the terms and conditions
of the CUP, it retains the right to review this action and recommend that the approval be reconsidered.
The Planning Division has inspected the site for compliance with all of the conditions of approval for CUP
SA contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 7011. The site was found to be in compliance with
the conditions of approval.
