This notice is to inform you that CUP 91-03(C) - BP/ARCO FACILITY 5792 located at 1991 Palomar Airport
Road and originally conditioned to expire on March 18, 2018 is hereby extended without an expiration
date by the City Planner pursuant to Section 21.42.110(D) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. While your
Conditional Use Permit (CUP) no longer has an expiration date, the CUP will continue to be reviewed by
the Planning Division on an annual basis to ensure continued compiiance with the terms and conditions
of the permit. If at any time the division determines that the use may be outof compliance with the terms
and conditions of the CUP, it retains the right to review this action and recommend that the approvai be
reconsidered.
