NO WORK SHALL BE COMMENCED UNTIL ALL PERMITS HA VE BEEN OBTAINED FROM THE CITY ANO OTHER APPROPRIATE AGENCIES. 7. APPROVAL OF THESE PLANS BY THE CITY ENGINEER DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY WORK OR GRADING TO BE PERFORMED UNTIL THE PROPERTY OWNER'S PERMISSION HAS BEEN OBTAINED ANO A VALID GRADING PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED. 8. WHERE TRENCHES ARE WITHIN CITY EASEMENTS, A SOILS REPORT COMPRISED OF: (A) SUMMARY SHEET, (B) LABORATORY WORK SHEETS ANO (C) COMPACTION CURVES, SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OF THE STA TE OF CALIFORNIA, PR/NC/PALLY DOING BUSINESS IN THE FIELD OF APPLIED SOILS MECHANICS.
