THIS PROJECT IS TO CONVERT THE EXISTING UPS'fAlRS STORAGE AREA INTO ADDITIONAL
GYM/RECREATION AREA. TO INSURE THAT THE PROJECT.HAS ADA ACCESS TO THE GYM/RECREATION
AREA WE WILL LEAVE SOME AREA ON THE FIRST FLOOR FOR GYM/RECREATION. THE UPSTAIRS
EXISTING STORAGE WALLS ARE NON-BEARING AND CAN EAS,c_Y BE REMOVED. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
IISTED BELOW ARE BEING CONSTRUCTED.
1 Relocate gym equipment from the first floor to the new gym area
on the second floor. This wil !include the following but is not limited
to the following items:
Bike, Treadmill
Universal Gym to remain on first floor
Pool Table
2 Provide the following additional gym equipment:
Mirror Wall with Wood Dancing Handrail
Punching Bag
Eliptical Machine
3 The common recreation and gym area is for the sole use of the
tenants of the 14 unit apartment complex. The clubhouse shall
not be used or converted to habital space at any time.
4 All tenants will have access to the recreation area and each tenant
will have a key to the facility. Use of the recreation area for parties
and large gatherings will be pre-arranged with the property
management.
5 It is understood that the city will be inspecting the clubhouse facility to
determine that all items have been done and maintained by the owner
and property management.
6. The three small windows on the garage side shall be enlarged and
add trim to match the existing windows next to this building. Add two
more windows on the west side with trim to match as well.
