This wil !include the following but is not limited to the following items: Bike, Treadmill Universal Gym to remain on first floor Pool Table 2 Provide the following additional gym equipment: Mirror Wall with Wood Dancing Handrail Punching Bag Eliptical Machine 3 The common recreation and gym area is for the sole use of the tenants of the 14 unit apartment complex. The clubhouse shall not be used or converted to habital space at any time. 4 All tenants will have access to the recreation area and each tenant will have a key to the facility. Use of the recreation area for parties and large gatherings will be pre-arranged with the property management. 5 It is understood that the city will be inspecting the clubhouse facility to determine that all items have been done and maintained by the owner and property management. 6. The three small windows on the garage side shall be enlarged and add trim to match the existing windows next to this building.
