Existing PODS building can be seen with minor roof equipment fans very similar to what our project will have, there is currently no roof screen provided for that building, so proposed site on the left will be less visible than what is currently in view of that vanish point and drive. -Service Utility yard proposed screen will be Architecturally pleasing with 6'-0" concrete wall and either wiremesh wall or metal louvers with potential to add green element to it.
