shaH not exceed 19% before it is enciosSd in construction. The moisture content
needs to be certified by one of 3 methods specified in Section 4.505.3. Building
materials with visible signs of water damage should not be used in construction.
The moisture content must be detennined by the contractor by 'One of the
methods fisted in CGC 4.505.3.
Indoor air quality. -. -bathroom fans shall be Energy star
rated, vented directly to the outside and controlled by a humidi§tat. CGC
4.506.1.

or engineer in responsible charge of the overaU construction must prov1de to the

from the Green Building Standards Code have been implemented as part of the

"EVSE" -electrical vehicle supply equipment (EVSE} is required in
aU new residEmtial construction. The location _of the eleetrieal vebicle supply _
equipment is to be shown on the Eledrleal Plan 4 must consist of minimum 1" conduit
extending from the main panel to a junction box where the EVSE receptacle will __
be provided. The main service panel must be sized to accommodate 208/240
