FIRE No special conditions. OPEN SPACE A All future development within this zone shall be required to show how it contributes to meeting the open space performance standard and that the development does not preclude the provision of performance standard open space at buildout of Zone 20. B. Prior to approval of any tentative map or grading permits, whichever occurs first, within Zone 20 authorization must be obtained from San Diego Gas and Electric which would permit installation of open space improvements within the major transmission line easements traversing Zone 20.
