The irrigation system will be designed to accept reclaimed water to the standards of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District., , MAINTENANCE PI.a~ting and irrigation will be maintained by the installing Landscape Contractor for a minimum of 30 days after completion. The Home Owners Association will be responsible for landscape maintenance at the end of the Contractors duties.
