1. ALL LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION DESIGN, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE,

2. PLANT MATERIAL SELECTED FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE OF A 1YPE KNOWN TO

12. IF ANY REQUIRED LANDSCAPE (INCLUDING NEW OR EXISTING PLANTINGS, HARDSCAPE, LANDSCAPE FEATURES,
ITC.) INDICATED ON THE APPROVED CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT PLANS IS DAMAGED OR REMOVED DURING
DEMOLITION OR CONSTRUCTION, IT SHALL BE REPAIRED AND/OR REPLACED IN KIND AND EQUIVALENT SIZE
