Attached you will find a signed agreement between ourselves and next-
door-neighbors, Max and Mary Lou Isbell, concerning the placement of their
satellite antenna dish on our property at 937 Begonia Court~
The location of the satellite dish, as outlined on the attached plet map,
complies with all requirements set forth by the City of Carlsbad and will not be in
view of any adjacent residents. Also, we will not be sharing use of the system.

Satellite Dish Agreement
We, Tom and Cindy Ward, who reside at 937 Begonia Court, Carlsbad, give
permission for Max and Mary Lou Isbell, 935 Begonia Court, to place a satellite
antenna dish on our property as shown on the attached plot map.
".Ihis agreement is valid as long as:
1. The satellite antenna system is operational and being utilized.
2. Both parties own and occupy the current residences.
3. The satellite dish complies with requirements set forth by the City of
Carlsbad.
Mac and Mary Lou Isbell shall be responsible for installation and removal of the
satellite dish and compliance with city requirements.
Should either party sell or lease their properties, this agreement is void.
