IONIS PHARMACEUTICALS HAS PURCHASED THE ADJOINING LOT 25 TO CONSTRUCT A CONFERENCE CENTER BUILDING TO SUPPORT THE EXISTING HEADQUARTERS BUILDING. THE BUILDING WILL PRIMARILY BE USED BY OCCUPANTS OF THE 2855 GAZELLE COURT BUILDING. AS PART OF THIS REVIEW, IONIS PHARMACEUTICALS WILL BE CONSOLIDATING THE TWO PROPERTIES (LOT 14 AND LOT 25).
