6' Height Trash enclosure to be built in accordance with the City of Carlsbad
guidelines and shall be approved by the Director of Planning. The enclosure 1"-'-"t-R_,,
shall be constructed of materials and colors complimentary to the building. The
enclosure shall be secure to prevent the use of unauthorized use or theft of
· rec-yciable items. Adequate individual recyclable containers shall be provided in
lieu of a separate bin. Drainage shall slope away from the enclosure area.
Signage shall be provided as a separate permit to be approved by the Director of
Planning.
3. Existing ramp area to be removed and infilled with clean fill material compacted
to11, a minimum of 90'%. Top courses of adjacent retaining wall shall be removed to
allow for smooth transition to existing asphalt. . Existing dirt area shall be
cleared and paved. New A.C. paving shall be 31/2" asphaltic concrete set over 6"
compacted sand or D.G. base. New paving shall match existing areas and be
feathered to provide smooth transitions.
